Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exchanges are not available for personalised or engraved items unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Exclusions

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish (due to manufacturing processes) do not qualify as defects.
  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange unless faulty.
