Our Express Service* lead-time is 2-4 working days from the date we receive your order, and we ship using DPD, DHL, Hermes or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service. When your order is completed, you will receive an email detailing your tracking number.

Proof of Artwork

Prior to engraving, artwork is sent for approval on orders for glass, crystal and items engraved with a logo. We advise that artwork is checked and confirmed as soon as possible as delays in artwork approval may cause a delay to the despatch of your order.
